Interview with 25-year-old music major, Mitch Quintanilla; works as a professional musician from Victoria, Texas. Currently lives in San Marcos, Texas.

1. The university has a record enrollment of 35,698 students last semester. How has this increased enrollment affected you?
"It really hasn't. I started in 2006 and left for a few years. Parking has always sucked" Said campus has always been crowded.

2. Should the university continue to grow?
No opinion on it. "if they do continue to grow the university needs to accommodate the students better because they haven't. We definitely need a few more parking garages."

3. Did the size of the university influence your decision to come here?
"Not at all"
4. Was Texas State your first school of choice?
No, Quintanilla was accepted to Berkley and Juliard for music but came to Texas State for a girl. "I was young and dumb."
